The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Center, is seeking qualified firms to provide Architect-Engineer (A-E) services under the HAESI 2.0 Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC): - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Center (CEHNC), Redstone Arsenal, AL - Contracting officials: Johnna Sebben (Contracting Officer), Shete McCants-Robinson (Contract Specialist) - Scope of Services: - Architect-Engineer services for secure and nonsecure sites - Services include: planning, programming, feasibility studies, geotechnical investigations, permitting, master planning, value engineering, engineering studies, design (drawings/specifications), estimating, surveying, site/field investigation, CADD/BIM preparation and review, design review, operability and maintenance review, construction and equipment installation phased services, commissioning, economic analysis, specification and criteria updates, and reporting - Support for new construction, renovation, additions, alterations, commissioning, and demolition of facilities - Geographic Coverage: - Projects located in the United States, U.S. Territories, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the Republic of Korea - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Broad geographic scope including overseas and secure sites - Compliance with federal and military standards, quality control, safety, security, and reporting protocols - Task orders will specify individual periods of performance and deliverables - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are identified, as this is a professional services contract - Estimated contract value up to $400 million over a potential seven-year period (three-year base plus two two-year options)

Description

This requirement will provide Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for secure and nonsecure sites and may include planning, feasibility studies, geotechnical investigations, permitting, engineering and design services, estimating, surveying, site investigations, CADD/BIM preparation, design reviews, commissioning, economic analysis, specification updates, and related reporting services. Work will support projects both within and outside the contiguous United States, including U.S. Territories, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the Republic of Korea.
