Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce is rescinding the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on aluminum wire and cable from China for the period January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. The review was rescinded due to no suspended entries of subject merchandise during the period of review. The rescission means that cash deposit rates will remain unchanged and countervailing duties will be assessed at existing rates. This action is pursuant to 19 CFR 351.213(d)(3).
