Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission have determined that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Brazil, India, Japan, Mexico, the Republic of Korea, and Thailand, as well as the countervailing duty order on the product from India, would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to a U.S. industry. Consequently, Commerce is publishing a notice to continue these antidumping and countervailing duty orders. The orders cover prestressed concrete steel wire strand suitable for use in prestressed concrete applications, including all types, grades, and diameters.
