Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to HDM Çelik Boru Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S., a producer/exporter of large diameter welded pipe from the Republic of Türkiye during the period of review from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. Commerce is rescinding this review in part with respect to 11 companies due to no suspended entries during the period. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. The review involves countervailing duties and includes instructions for assessment and cash deposit requirements.
