Description

The County of Riverside, on behalf of its Housing and Workforce Solutions, Workforce Development (HWS/WDD), is seeking eligible bidders to provide Layoff Aversion Services. The services require demonstrated experience in business engagement, rapid response activities, analysis of business operations, and implementation of strategies to help avert layoffs. Bidders will work closely with HWS/WDD staff and partners to assess at-risk businesses, develop customized intervention plans, deliver or broker appropriate services, and document outcomes in accordance with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requirements.
