Description
The City of Buffalo Department of Public Works, Buildings Division is soliciting proposals for professional architectural and engineering master planning services. The work includes two scopes: building conditions assessments and capital improvements master planning, and enhanced documentation for facilities. The project aims to develop a comprehensive master plan and building records augmentation to assist with budgeting, facility master planning, and building records development. The contract term is four years with options to renew for up to three additional one-year periods.
