The Sulfuric Acid must be delivered according to the specifications outlined in Exhibit 1. Bids can be submitted electronically or as sealed paper bids by 2:00 pm (CDT) on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
