The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) is seeking bids for a statewide price agreement to supply and apply bituminous surface treatment aggregate. - Government Buyer: - New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) - Products and Services Requested: - Bituminous surface treatment aggregate with maximum gradations of 1/2 inch and 3/8 inch - Provision of all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for delivery and application - Technical and Performance Requirements: - All work must comply with the current NMDOT Standard Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construction, including special provisions, standard drawings, and supplemental specifications - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; procurement is open to all qualified suppliers - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Suppliers must meet detailed technical and performance standards as outlined by NMDOT - Agreement is for statewide, as-needed work

Description

This solicitation is to establish a Price Agreement for half (1/2) inch and three-eights (3/8) inch maximum gradation Bituminous Surface Treatment Aggregate for the New Mexico Department of Transportation Statewide (NMDOT). The agreement includes materials, labor, and equipment as per the specifications contained in the Invitation to Bid. All work must meet the specifications set forth in the Invitation to Bid and all applicable New Mexico State Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construction, special provisions, standard drawings, and supplemental specifications. These specifications are available on the NMDOT website and for purchase at the General Office Financial Control Section.
