The Virginia Horse Industry Board (VHIB) is soliciting grant pre-proposals via Google Form. VHIB is responsible for promotion and economic development of the equine industry in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In 2027, VHIB anticipates making numerous awards that advance five specific strategic priorities from a pool of up to $1,250,000.
