Description

This contract supports the management and continuation of pharmaceutical manufacturer invoicing activities for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The contracted Third-Party Administrator will administer four key Medicare drug invoicing programs: Coverage Gap Discount Program, Manufacturer Discount Program, Inflationary Rebate Program, and Discarded Drug Refund Program. The contract covers the full lifecycle of these systems and processes, including development, testing, implementation, operations, maintenance, and customer support. It is a sole source GSA MAS order with a firm fixed price contract type and a duration of 2 years.
