The City of Dubuque Water Department is requesting sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of Hydrofluorosilicic Acid for fiscal year 2027 ending June 30, 2027. The acid must be of the highest quality, clean, free of visible suspended matter, and contain between 20-30 percent Hydrofluorosilicic Acid by weight. It must meet or exceed the American Water Works Association Standard (ANSI/AWWA B703-11) and be suitable for potable water treatment.
