Description

Nash County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms for engineering and design, creating contract documents (Plans, Specifications & Estimates), and permitting necessary to support construction of several county-related projects over the next 3 years. Near-term projects in FY2027 include construction of a 10,000 to 12,000 square foot warehouse collocated with a proposed EMS Station on a 4.02-acre parcel, and construction of an auxiliary staff parking lot on two lots at the County Administration Building comprising approximately 0.74 acres. The scope includes site/civil design, utilities infrastructure, construction observation and administration, and developing contract documents.
