Cabarrus County is issuing a Request for Applications (RFA) to award funding through the North Carolina Opioid Settlement Agreements, with approximately $23 million projected over 2022-2038. This opportunity seeks applications for new or expanded evidence-based or evidence-informed reentry programs providing comprehensive support services to individuals with Opioid Use Disorder and/or co-occurring Substance Use Disorder/Mental Health conditions who are transitioning from jail or prison, under community corrections supervision, or residing in reentry programs.
