Description

This solicitation is for furnishing and delivering water activated asphalt cold patch material on an open-end, as-needed basis for maintenance conducted by the State Highways Division on the islands of Oahu, Hawaii, Maui, and Kauai. The project number is HWY-C-58-26. Bidders must submit proposals through HIePRO by June 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. HST. All questions and substitution requests must be submitted by June 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. HST.
