Description

This solicitation is for an annual contract to provide HVAC Water Treatment Services, perform repairs on HVAC Water Treatment Equipment, and conduct Cooling Tower Cleaning Services for various buildings located in Tarrant County, including downtown and suburban areas. The contract term is twelve months from the date of award or notice to proceed, with an option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods. Bids will be evaluated and awarded to the lowest total bid meeting specifications.
