Description

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement of instructional curriculum materials, supplies, and digital resources. The contract term is from July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with two automatic annual renewals not to extend beyond June 30, 2030. Only approved vendors per HISD policies are eligible to participate and must submit all required documentation. A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on June 3, 2026, via Microsoft Teams.
