ATF Asset Forfeiture Storage, Transportation, and Disposal Services Solicitation

This opportunity is for small businesses to provide comprehensive asset forfeiture storage and disposal services for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), part of the Department of Justice. - Government Buyer: - Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) - Offices: Asset Forfeiture and Seized Property Division; Acquisitions Management Division - Products and Services Requested: - Secure commercial warehouse storage (including climate-controlled, hazmat, and general storage) - 70,000 sq ft alarmed Conex storage (with forklift as needed) - 2,000 sq ft climate-controlled storage - 750 sq ft hazmat storage - 2,000 sq ft general storage - Delivery of watertight, secure Conex boxes with high-security locks within 72 hours of request - Forklift services and warehouse labor (up to 750 hours estimated) - Transportation services: - 70 small box trucks with drivers - 60 large box trucks with drivers - 60 trips (0-50 miles), 30 trips (0-100 miles) - Disposal services for tobacco and other assets, including access to online auction, sealed bid sale, or destruction - Other direct costs for disposal, equipment, and supplies (not to exceed $131,500) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Storage facilities must be within 30 miles of ATF field offices - 24/7 emergency access to storage - Security, climate control, maintenance, insurance, and utilities included - Compliance with wage determinations for labor - Firm fixed price contract with cost reimbursable line items - Set aside 100% for small business concerns - No specific OEMs or branded products are mentioned; services are commercial in nature.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR/RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 15A00026Q00000067 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a firm fixed price procurement of services to for processing, transportation, storage, and disposal of property/evidence services to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).
