The U.S. Navy's Naval Information Forces Command (NAVIFOR) is seeking contractor support for developing a Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for the fleet. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Naval Information Forces Command (NAVIFOR), N8 Requirements Directorate - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the opportunity - Products/Services Requested: - Consulting, technical editing, analytical, and organizational support for developing and staffing a fleet GEOINT ISR CONOPS - Support includes technical writing, coordination with Navy and DoD stakeholders, and participation in meetings and exercises - Focus on GEOINT Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) capabilities - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor personnel must hold TS/SCI security clearance - Expertise in Navy and DoD ISR capabilities is required - Travel to Suffolk, VA; San Diego, CA; and the National Capital Region is expected - Period of Performance: - Base period of 12 months with four 12-month option years and an additional 6-month extension option
