The Bureau of Land Management, Rio Puerco Field Office (U.S. Department of Interior), is seeking a contractor for the reclamation of the Right Angle Federal 1 well pad in Sandoval County, New Mexico. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Rio Puerco Field Office - Scope of Work: - Reclamation of a 4.5-acre well pad and access road - Soil decompaction (ripping to 12 inches, discing to 6 inches) - Seedbed preparation and fertilization (1,800 lbs organic fertilizer, 7-2-1 with Humates and mycorrhizae) - Drill seeding with certified native seed mix (Alkali Sacaton, Western Wheatgrass, Galleta, Blue Grama, Scarlet Globemallow, Blue Flax, Annual Rye) - Mulching with 9 tons of certified weed-free straw, mechanically crimped - Fencing: removal, reinstallation, and expansion by 115 linear feet (t-posts, three-strand barbed wire, reuse of Easy-Fence brand brace corners) - Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation - Products/Materials Requested: - Organic fertilizer (1,800 lbs) - Certified native seed mix (species specified) - Certified weed-free straw mulch (9 tons) - Fencing materials (115 linear feet, t-posts, barbed wire, Easy-Fence brace corners) - Services Requested: - Well pad reclamation services including all site preparation, seeding, mulching, and fencing - Unique Requirements: - All seed and mulch must be certified weed-free - Fencing must match existing specifications and reuse Easy-Fence brand brace corners - Work must be performed during favorable monsoon moisture conditions and limited to weekdays, daylight hours, excluding federal holidays

This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number 140L1726Q0017 is issued as a request for quote for RPFO-FEDERAL RIGHT ANGLE 1 RECLAMATION. This acquisition is set-aside for total small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
