Description
The BDAMAX 2.0 contract team will support the evolution of the Medicare digital customer experience by improving the authenticated experience within Medicare.gov (Medicare account), maturing data, data management, and data use capabilities of the Beneficiary Experience Data Analytics Platform (BEDAP) as a service, and implementing and improving outreach and marketing capabilities, including analytic and reporting services, as well as user experience improvements. The contract duration is 3 years with an estimated current fiscal year value between $5 million and $10 million, and a total estimated contract value including options between $20 million and $50 million. The acquisition method is a Small Business Set-Aside -- Total under a GSA MAS Order - Limited Sources.
