Description

This solicitation aims to promote neighborhood stability and preserve the existing supply of single-family homes by assisting moderate income homeowners with repairs to their homes. The project is supported by the 2023-2025 Biennium Appropriation of the NC General Assembly State Grant. The scope of work includes HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting and wallpaper, drywall and plaster, floor coverings, electrical, and roofing repairs, specific to each home. The maximum budget for housing repair and urgent repairs is up to $20,000, and for H.O.M.E project repairs, it ranges from $40,000 (non-lead) to $50,000 (lead).
