The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is seeking a vendor to provide NOWDiagnostics First To Know® Syphilis Tests on an as-needed basis. The contract term is anticipated to be six years, from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2032, with no renewal options. The procurement value is approximately $920,052.00. Bidders must be authorized distributors of the specified test kits and submit bids electronically via the PASSPort system by July 2, 2026.
