This solicitation aims to establish a pool of qualified contractors to provide general public transit related construction and construction related services. The scope includes activities related to the Public Transit and Neighborhood Enhancement Division such as bus shelters, structures, enclosures, building improvements, ramps, roadways, walkways, parking areas, landscaping, utilities, illumination, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, carpentry, roofing, and signage.
