Description

The City of West Sacramento is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to develop a comprehensive Transit Priority Plan aimed at enhancing regional and local transit connectivity, speed, reliability, and sustainability. The plan will develop near-term and long-term transit strategies, address service gaps and infrastructure needs, support regional projects, incorporate innovative practices and technologies, and engage diverse community stakeholders. The project is partially grant-funded by Caltrans Sustainable Transportation Planning grant, with a contract award anticipated by August 5, 2026, and project completion by June 30, 2028. Proposals must be submitted via the City's e-Procurement Portal by June 3, 2026.
