Large Businesses need not to apply.*SEAPORT Small Business MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive market survey requests, solicitations and submit proposals/offers.Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) is issuing this Market Survey for determining Small Business capabilities and is soliciting information from potential sources to deliver Defensive Cyber Operations for a range of Department of Defense (DoD) and federal networks sites located throughout the Continental United States and Outside the Continental United States. These sites range in size from 1,500 to over 60,000 servers and workstations across over 400 Programs of Record Systems of varying size, architecture and operating systems. This support encompasses providing expertise in testing, validating, and supporting cybersecurity-enabled systems. A significant portion of the work will focus on Assessment and Authorization activities, aligning with the Risk Management Framework and supporting compliance with DoD cybersecurity directives. The contractors will be tasked to accomplish the work specified in the DRAFT performance work statement (PWS) Section 3.0. The period of performance includes a base year, four (4) one-year option periods as well as a 6-month option in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.
