The City of North Las Vegas is seeking bids for the construction of Segment 1 of the 215 Northern Beltway Trail, from N. Decatur Boulevard to Clayton Street. - Scope of work includes: - Excavation and site preparation - Construction and installation of an asphalt trail with aggregate subbase - Building retaining walls at grade separations - Installation of trail lighting, fencing, and signage - Landscaping and irrigation systems - All necessary trail appurtenances for a fully functional trail - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Estimated contract value is between $7,000,000 and $9,000,000 - Project must be completed within 270 consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed - Notable requirements: - No pre-bid conference will be held - Bid opening will be livestreamed - Includes punch list resolution, final cleanup, and demobilization

Description

This project involves construction along the northern side of the CC-215 Beltway within the City of North Las Vegas. The work includes excavation and construction/installation of an asphalt trail with aggregate subbase, retaining walls at grade separations, trail lighting, fencing installation, landscaping and irrigation, signage installation, and all other trail appurtenances needed to complete a functional project. The project must be completed within 270 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, including punch list resolution, final cleanup, and demobilization. No pre-bid conference will be held, and questions are due by May 21, 2026. Bids are due by June 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM with a livestream bid opening.
