Description

The City of Raleigh's parking division, Raleigh Parking, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to power wash the interior areas of multiple parking decks including Cabarrus, City Center/Red Hat, Moore Square, Performing Arts, Convention Center/Charter Square Underground, and Wilmington Street Station Parking Decks. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to clean vehicle drive lanes, parking stalls, walls, walkways, stairwells, columns, waste receptacles, and ceilings. The power washing aims to remove dirt, debris, fluids, oil buildup, lubricants, and stains. Wastewater must be reclaimed or disposed of in compliance with the City of Raleigh's Stormwater Management Plan and applicable regulations.
