The City of Surrey invites tenders for the construction of approximately 685 meters of 150-300mm diameter distribution and 1,435 meters of 450-1200mm diameter feeder watermains, 70 meters of 200-300mm diameter sanitary sewers, and 1,020 meters of 2-100mm diameter fibre optic ducts including service connections, other utility appurtenances, and local bikeway improvements in North Surrey primarily along 105A Avenue between 144th Street and 148th Street. The contract is based on the MMCD 2019 Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (2024). Tender submissions must be sealed and delivered to Surrey City Hall by June 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time.
