J. Vinton Schafer Construction is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Early Release enabling work for the Yale Avenue Site Improvements Project. The scope includes curb and gutter, storm drainage, mill and overlay, asphalt paving, striping, signage, site lighting, and landscaping at the J2 parking lot and shared use pathway along Rossborough Lane between Baltimore Avenue and Yale Avenue. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held via Teams on June 11, 2026. The bid deadline is July 2, 2026.
