Description

This solicitation is for the procurement of Ultra-Low Sulfur (ULS) Diesel and Biodiesel fuel by bulk delivery for on-road use only in certain counties of New York State. The contract will provide authorized users, including state and non-state agencies, with contractor-furnished, delivered, and unloaded fuel. Awards will be made by item based on the lowest price to responsive and responsible bidders who meet the solicitation's terms and conditions. The contract term is from August 21, 2026, through August 20, 2028, with up to two additional years of renewal. MWBE participation goals apply for certain counties, with no SDVOB goals.
