The New York State Bridge Authority (NYSBA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms with expertise in transportation, public safety, security, emergency management, and/or command center operations. The purpose is to conduct a comprehensive organizational and operational assessment of the Authority's Command Center (Traffic and Security Center) and associated support functions. Qualified consultants and firms with demonstrable expertise are invited to submit technical and cost proposals.
