Description
The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Procurement Department, on behalf of the Heating Services Management Department (HSMD), is soliciting bids for an IDIQ contract to provide labor, materials, equipment, and ancillary items necessary for the repair and replacement of mechanical systems, specifically feedwater pumps and associated equipment. The scope includes pump replacement, insulation, testing, painting, water service shutdown and restoration, permit filing, training, repair service contracts, outage response, annual starter replacement, and defective check valve replacement.
