Description
This solicitation is for a Master Agreement to provide vehicle, equipment, and/or material transportation services for Light, Medium, and Heavy-Duty asset classes as specified in the Exhibit B-1 Rate Sheet. The contractor will be compensated according to the rates in the Exhibit B-1 Rate Sheet, which includes all labor, transportation, materials, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, and other necessary expenses. Services are to be provided for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) locations listed in Exhibit E, List of Participating Locations. Bidders are encouraged to consider programs and preferences for small businesses, disadvantaged businesses, disabled veteran businesses, and other covered businesses.
