The City of Calgary is seeking proposals from qualified service providers to deliver a sustainable, zero-cost solution for continuing free Public Wi-Fi at key municipal locations such as transit LRT platforms, recreation centres, and other City facilities. The proposal should outline service and partnership models, operational requirements, and approaches supporting the City's digital equity strategy while ensuring reliable long-term service delivery. Access to and use of the Public Wi-Fi must be provided at no cost to the public. The City will provide access to designated sites, environmental infrastructure as available, and approved marketing opportunities.
