The City of West Kelowna is seeking a qualified Consultant for the development of the City’s Development Cost Charge (DCC) Bylaw and Program Update. The DCC Bylaw is a comprehensive fees bylaw that will fund the City’s capital projects identified in the City’s master plans to accommodate community growth. The goal is to ensure adequate resources to efficiently handle expansion while encouraging development. The contract duration is estimated to be 12 months.
