Description
This solicitation is for the rehabilitation of the roadway, replacement of culverts, and safety guardrails between km 0 and km 200 of the Billy-Diamond road. The work includes demolition, replacement, or rehabilitation of culverts, dismantling and construction of retention devices, foundation work, hot asphalt paving, removal and application of road markings, traffic maintenance and signage, environmental protection, intersection redevelopment at km 6, and replacement of complex culverts at km 8 and km 213. The contract is subject to required authorizations and financial contributions from the Quebec and Canadian governments. Only service providers with an establishment in Quebec or applicable territories and meeting minimum qualifications will be considered.
