The City of South Jordan is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) firms to oversee the pre-construction and construction of two new facilities: a Public Works West Side Facility and a Water Annex Facility within the existing Public Works yard. The CM/GC will collaborate with the architect's design team to ensure the project remains within the approved budget.
