Description

Housing Assistance Management Enterprise (HAME), an instrumentality of Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide comprehensive design, planning, engineering, and consulting services for the Mansell Manor Multi-Family Apartments project, Phase 2 of HAME's broader Mansell Manor redevelopment. The project is envisioned to include approximately 150 to 250 multifamily housing units with surface parking below a podium structure. Services include feasibility studies, conceptual design, construction documents, cost estimation, permitting, bidding support, construction administration, and post-construction evaluation. The selected firm will also assist in planning the project's integration with a separate homeownership project adjacent to the site.
