This opportunity seeks comprehensive medical linen laundry services for the 355th Medical Group at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. - Government Buyer: - Defense Health Agency (DHA), Healthcare Contracting Division-West (HCD-W) - 355th Medical Group, Davis-Monthan AFB - Scope of Services: - Healthcare linen processing, laundering, delivery, and pickup - Curtain laundering and hotpack services - Weekly delivery and pickup of linens, scrubs, towels, blankets, gowns, curtains, and heat pack covers - Contractor must provide all equipment, materials, transportation, labor, and management - Strict infection control, quality assurance, and compliance with healthcare/environmental regulations - Monthly reporting and quality control required - Products/Quantities Requested: - Annual processing of approximately 31,000 pounds of healthcare linen - 200 hotpack surcharges and 320 curtain laundering services per year - Detailed line items include: pillowcases (400), hospital sheets (150), bath towels (500), surgery towels (500), blankets, patient gowns (various sizes), scrubs (multiple sizes and types), lab coats, curtains (various sizes), mop heads, and dust mop heads - Contract Structure: - Base year plus three one-year option periods - Each period includes the same estimated service quantities - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or brand names are specified; open to all qualified commercial laundry service providers - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Services must meet healthcare infection control standards and ensure contamination-free delivery - Contractor responsible for all logistics, packaging, and regulatory compliance - Full and open competition; unrestricted procurement

Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division-West (HCD-W), requests quotes from qualified sources capable of providing medical linen laundry services for the 355th Medical Group (355 MDG), Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. The contractor shall provide medical linen processing, laundering, delivery, and pickup services. Services include healthcare linen processing, curtain laundering, and hotpack services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
