NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka in Sasebo, Japan, is seeking proposals for anchor replacement on the USS PIONEER (MCM-9): - Government Buyer: - NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka, Sasebo, Japan - Scope of Work: - Replacement of the anchor on the USS PIONEER (MCM-9) - Work to be performed in Sasebo, Japan - Eligibility Requirements: - Only Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders authorized to operate in Japan are eligible - Contractors must demonstrate compliance with DFARS 225.1103 (3) and 252.225-7042 - Documentation of authorization to perform ship repair in Japan is required - Contractors outside Japan or without active MSRA/ABR are ineligible - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs, vendors, part numbers, or product quantities are mentioned - Additional Details: - Attachments with further technical or product information are restricted to eligible MSRA/ABR holders

The work is to be performed in “SASEBO”, JAPAN.

This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in “JAPAN”, as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103 (3), 252.225-7042.

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site “ SASEBO ” intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the USS PIONEER (MCM-9) ANCHOR; REPLACE to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in “Japan”. Please ensure that your company meets these criteria and provides any necessary documentation to demonstrate your authorization to perform this work in “ Japan “.

Contractors located OUTSIDE Japan that do NOT unambiguously demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 will NOT be eligible to receive an award. Any Offeror who do NOT possess an active MSRA or ABR in the Japan region, or does NOT agree to execute a master agreement (MSRA/ABR) in the Japan Region before award of a job order, will NOT be eligible to receive an award.  Access to Attachments: Attachments are Restricted/CUI and accessible only to authorized 

MSRA/ABR holders in Japan. Eligible holders who cannot access the files should contact the Contract 

Specialist directly via email. Access requests from non-eligible sources will 

be rejected.
