The Bureau of Reclamation, MP-Regional Office (INTERIOR, DEPARTMENT OF THE), is seeking information from vendors capable of supplying an advanced aperture card scanner and related services. - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Reclamation, MP-Regional Office (INTERIOR, DEPARTMENT OF THE) - Products/Services Requested: - Aperture card scanner with: - Enhanced camera and light source - 100–600 DPI resolution - Automated batch feed for up to 300 cards - Bitonal and grayscale image output - Support for TIFF, JPG, and PDF file formats - Hollerith code reading capability - Two-dimensional dynamic thresholding - Auto-rescan functionality - Smartscan Software - Associated services: - Onsite hardware/software installation at Sacramento, CA - Operator training (web-based or equivalent) - Twelve months of depot-level maintenance (parts and labor) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Scanner must support advanced imaging and batch processing features - Maintenance must cover all parts and labor for one year - Vendors must demonstrate capability to meet all technical and service requirements

This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation, request for quotation, or commitment by the Government to make an award.
