The U.S. Air Force, 55th Security Forces Squadron at Offutt AFB, is seeking a contractor to replace 13 ballistic windows at the USSTRATCOM gate (B51). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 55th Security Forces Squadron, 55 CONS PKP, Offutt AFB - Products/Services Requested: - Replacement of 13 windows with bullet resistant glass - Glass must be UL752 level 8 and NIJO108.1 compliant - 2 inches thick, solar cooled gray reflective glazing - Glazing must limit viewing into the facility but allow clear views out, day and night, per UFC 4-023-07 - Existing window frames will be reused - Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision - Solicitation includes two line items: labor (1 lot) and material (1 lot) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers specified - 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS 561210 - Work must be completed within 60 calendar days from award - OEMs: - No OEMs or specific manufacturers are named in the solicitation

Description

Replace (13) windows with bullet resistant level UL752 level 8, NIJO108.1, 2 inches thick with Solar Cooled gray reflective glass Glazing must limit viewing into the facility but not restrict views looking out of the facility during day and night operations per UFC 4-023-07.  Existing frames will be reused. 

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform replacement of 13 ballistic windows as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.  The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS.
