The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Division of Information Technology, is seeking maintenance services for Juniper hardware and software. - Government Buyer: - Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Division of Information Technology, DOA/ASB - Place of performance: FDIC DIT Distribution Center, Arlington, VA - OEM Highlight: - Juniper Networks is the sole OEM specified for all hardware and software maintenance - Products/Services Requested: - Hardware maintenance for Juniper devices, including: - MX304-LMIC16-BASE (1 unit, part number: JNP304-LMIC16-BASE) - MX304-BASE (1 unit, part number: MX304-BASE-F) - QFX5120-32T (1 unit, part number: QFX5120-32C-AFO-T) - QFX5120-48Y-T (2 units, part numbers: QFX5120-48Y-AFI-T, QFX5120-48Y-AFO-T) - SRX2300 (1 unit, part number: SRX2300-AC-TAA) - MX104 with prepaid next day support (1 unit, part number: MX104-PREM-T) - Juniper Government Advanced Care Plus (1 unit, part number: SVC-ADVCARE-P-GOV) - Software maintenance for Juniper licenses: - S-MX-1C-A1-C1-P (1 unit) - S-QFX5K-C1-A1-P (1 unit) - S-QFX5K-C2-A1-P (1 unit) - Notable Requirements: - All offerors must provide a manufacturer letter of authorization from Juniper - Compliance with government-approved terms and conditions is required - Submissions must include a completed price schedule, representations/certifications, warranty/EULA/MSA, and pre-award SCRM information if applicable - Proposals missing the required price schedule will be rejected - Period of performance is approximately 9.5 months, with all services ending on the same date

Description

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation invites you to submit a quote for RFQ CORHQ-26-Q- 0204 for Juniper hardware and software maintenance. We request offerors to utilize the Price Schedule to fill in your pricing for all line items needed. Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award, the FDIC prefers Government approved terms. See section M of the RFQ for Evaluation Criteria.  

Each submission should have these components (preferably separated):

Price Schedule or Quote – Vendors must complete the attached pricing schedule, or the proposal will be rejected. Section K of the RFQ – Representation and Certifications EULA or MSAs Or Warranty Terms – Any terms and conditions Pre-Award SCRM Information (if applicable) Letter of Authorization from manufacturer Proposed GSA Schedule Contract or NASA SEWP Contract (If Applicable)
