The U.S. Air Force at Shaw Air Force Base is seeking qualified sources for demolition, removal, and site restoration services at two Mini-Mutes Sites (Olanta and Kingstree) in South Carolina. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Shaw Air Force Base, Air Combat Command, 20th Contracting Squadron - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to qualified demolition and site restoration contractors - Products/Services Requested: - Demolition of all existing structures at Olanta and Kingstree sites - Removal of lightning towers, concrete footings, housekeeping slabs, chain-link and barbed wire fencing, underground electric service, electrical racks and poles, ground rods, and ground rings - Placement and fine grading of topsoil fill (570 cubic yards at Olanta, 200 cubic yards at Kingstree) - Hydroseeding disturbed areas (3,500 sq yd at Olanta, 1,200 sq yd at Kingstree) - Mobilization of personnel and equipment - Legal debris removal and disposal with daily dump receipts - Compliance with all safety protocols and standards - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with federal, state, and base standards for demolition and site restoration - Option for Kingstree site restoration - Strict safety and reporting requirements for debris disposal - No specific products, part numbers, or OEMs required; focus is on service capability
