The Sauk County Administration Department, on behalf of the Tri-County Airport Commission, is seeking proposals for building repairs of the terminal building located at E2525 County Highway JJ, Spring Green, WI 53588. The scope includes roof replacement of three roof lines with cam metal, replacement of soffit and fascia with new aluminum vented soffit and fascia, replacement of T1-11 wood siding with metal or vinyl siding, and replacement of all windows with energy-efficient new construction windows.
