The Department of Defense, through the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate, is seeking qualified small business vendors for a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide comprehensive graphic design exhibit support services at the Pentagon and within the National Capital Region. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate, Executive Services Directorate (ESD), Pentagon Exhibits Program - Scope of Services: - Comprehensive graphic design support for museum-quality exhibits - Research, design, fabrication, delivery, installation, de-installation, relocation, and limited storage of government-designed exhibits - Project management and quality control for all exhibit-related activities - Services to be performed at the Pentagon and other government installations in the National Capital Region - Key Requirements: - Contractor personnel must have Pentagon building access - Experience in project management and museum-quality exhibit production - Ability to provide non-personal services under NAICS 541430 (Graphic Design Services) - Task orders will be issued throughout the five-year period - No specific OEMs, vendors, or product part numbers are named in the solicitation - Estimated contract value is between $3.5 million and $4.5 million over five years
