CISSS Montérégie-Ouest is seeking a supplier for a comprehensive Real-Time Location System (RTLS) solution to enhance patient safety, staff security, and equipment tracking: - Turnkey RTLS solution required for: - Preventing patient wandering - Ensuring staff safety - Tracking medical equipment - Integrating with existing security systems - Mandatory bidirectional integration with Honeywell EBI (including EBI R700, DVMR800, and CCS R310) - Compatibility must be proven via testing, integrator attestation, or official certification - System must provide: - High availability (minimum 99.95%) - Redundant architecture - Proactive monitoring and degraded mode operation - Solution must be cloud-hosted on a Santé Québec-approved platform - Compliance with Santé Québec and CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest governance, cybersecurity, and data protection standards is required - Honeywell is the only OEM specifically referenced, due to integration requirements

This solicitation seeks suppliers capable of providing an integrated RTLS (Real-Time Location System) turnkey solution to prevent patient wandering, ensure staff safety, locate equipment, and integrate with existing security systems. The solution must support bidirectional integration with Honeywell EBI and other approved systems, demonstrate compatibility with Honeywell EBI environment, offer high availability with redundant architecture, and be hosted on a cloud platform approved by Santé Québec.
