Description
The City of Hot Springs is issuing an informal bid for lot clearing services on twelve properties on behalf of the Planning Department. The work includes clearing all grass, weeds, bushes, tree limbs, small trees, brush, debris, trash, and other unsightly articles, cutting all sites to a height of 3 inches or less, trimming along streets, sidewalks, structures, and fence lines, and removing undesirable tree growth. The contractor must initiate work within five days of the proceed order and complete all work within ten days. Liquidated damages of $100 per day will be imposed for delays beyond the completion date.
