Description
The Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (SBCAG) is seeking a qualified offeror to develop and deliver a transit study for northern Santa Barbara County. The study will update the 2006 and 2016 North Santa Barbara County Transit Plans in partnership with local cities, the county, community members, transit riders, and other partners. The study aims to review existing transit services, identify opportunities for improvement, consolidation, and funding, and develop recommendations for regional and interregional transit enhancements. The project includes data collection, analysis, scenario development, stakeholder engagement, and final presentation and documentation scheduled for March 2028.
