Description
Notice: The solicitiation will be sent directly to suppliers in accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). No solicitation will be posted to sam.gov and no response to this posting is required.
The primary goal of this project is to replace existing, non-functional HVAC with new mini-split units and condensers. This will consist of installing one (1) exterior condenser and three (3) interior mini-splits and electrical service to the units. The Contractor shall furnish all services, materials, supplies, equipment, investigation, studies, specifications, drawings, and supervision as required in connection with this Statement of Work (SOW). All work shall be in strict compliance with all applicable codes as adopted and modified by the state of New Mexico and all local building codes and ordinances.
A site visit will be held on 15 June 2026 at 1000 MDT.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
Equitable Adjustments will be IAW RFO 52.212-4.
